three years using the Web and open source for Swiss radiological FMH examinations

In order to replace standard-film using standard computer equipment
and Internet connectivity, we developed a set of simple tools under the
open source web platform BolinOS.
In order to guarantee an active developer community and future
portability, this system relies on worldwide standard open-source
software packages: Apache, PHP and MySQL.
These have been used since year 2000, and have enabled more than 20
radiologists every year to pass their second-part specialization
examinations.
