 The IntRad intranet and internet portals are developed using the BolinOS
open source content management system. Not only do we use the standard
plug-ins of the main release, but we actively build our owns according
to our needs. We are also a major actor in the debugging and
implementation of new functionnalities in the core system.
This system has helped us build multimedia content and applications for
use simultaneously on the Web, Palm OS based machines, CD and DVD-ROMS.
The use of PHP, Apache, and mySQL have shown to be a very efficient and
cost-effective mean to use the web as a collaborative tool. Since three
years, this project enabled us to gain expertise in web management and
application development.
